Dr. Sheila McGinty is an expert in the application of geographic information systems across the energy landscape. She previously served as Executive Director of the GIS Certification Institute, and has held various technical and administrative positions at Audubon Field Solutions, Select Engineering, Citgo, OneOK, and Lake Station GeoResources
