Biography

Chuck Willing serves as Partner/Shareholder/Director of the Fellers Snider Law Firm in Tulsa. Mr. Willing is well known among the energy law community within Oklahoma. His practice focuses on litigation and regulatory matters involving oil, gas, and other energy sectors, environmental concerns, and telecommunications issues, as well as general commercial litigation that includes contract disputes, construction defects, real estate and commercial leases, and bad faith insurance claims. Prior to joining Fellers Snider, Mr. Willing served as a senior administrative law judge with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. He was also formerly part of the Wynne Sewell law firm, and he worked for a number of years as a production engineer for Conoco with assignments in Oklahoma, California, and the Permian Basin area of West Texas.
