Biography

Professor Chris Heroux has extensive experience in the practice of transactional law, particularly in the oil, gas, and mining industries. He has served as outside counsel for numerous companies and organizations, and has been actively involved various acquisitions and divestitures, business formations, related transactions. In addition, his practice has included extensive experience in litigation, particularly in the energy arena. He currently serves as a partner in the Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard Smith law firm in Denver, CO and Houston, TX.
