Biography

Jeff Paul has a dual appointment in the Department of Management & Marketing and the School of Energy in the Collins College of Business at TU.  His work has appeared in academic journals such as the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Business Psychology, Human Resource Management Review, and other outlets.  Paul is a member of the Academy of Management, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Southern Management Association.  Prior to completing his Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University, Paul worked in industry for over 10 years, specifically in call center management and sport business.
