Professor Nerger joined the TU Law faculty in 2013. She earned her J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2007, where she was an editor of Tulsa Law Review and was honored with the Order of the Curule Chair. Prior to entering academia, Professor Nerger practiced in the areas of employment litigation, complex business litigation, and general litigation. Her practice was primarily focused on legal research and brief writing. At the College of Law, she teaches Legal Writing I and II to first year law students and Employment Law to upper level students. She is also the Director of Bar Support, and teaches a Bar Skills class to students in their final semester before the bar exam. In addition, she teaches Legal Environment of Business to TU Business School students. In 2018 Professor Nerger was named Outstanding Professor of First Year Courses at the College of Law and Outstanding Professor of Upper Level Courses at the College of Law.
