Biography

Dr. Stephen Carman is a seasoned expert in the areas of leadership development and organizational learning. He has extensive senior management experience across multiple industries, including energy, and is well-known for his skills in developing and facilitating corporate learning experiences. Dr. Carman currently serves as Global Leader, Commercial Learning for Hach Company, and division of Danaher Corporation, and he lives and works in the Ft. Collins, CO area. Previously he served in a number of executive and managerial roles at Saudi Aramco, Marathon Oil Company, Skiillsoft, SYSCO, Van Kampen Funds, and the NYSE Governance Services organization.
