Biography

Wen-Chyuan Chiang is Professor of Operations Management at Collins College of Business Administration, The University of Tulsa. He received his PhD in Operations Management and his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and his BA from the National Taiwan Normal University. His research interests include revenue management, supply chain management, distribution and logistics, manufacturing operations, and AI applications to operations management problems. His research appears in Management Science, International Journal of Revenue Management, IIE Transactions, Decision Sciences, International Journal of Production Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Annals of Operations Research, Journal of the Operational Research Society and INFORMS Journal on Computing, among others. He has been the recipient of the Mayo Excellence in Research Award six times. He is Editor of International Journal of Revenue Management and a Senior Editor of Production and Operations Management.
